June 30, 2010 To Whom It may Concern, RE: Olga Cordeiro It is my pleasure to write this letter of reference for Olga Cordeiro. I have know Olga for almost ten years now. I know her primarily from when she was the Director of Finance for Mission Services of Hamilton when I was the Director of the Marty Karl Centre. In our respective positions we worked together throughout each year monitoring the program budget and dealing with our funders and other significant parties. We worked especially closely as the year end drew near as we addressed year end budget concerns and developed a proposed budget for the coming year. Given that she and I worked in partnership in this way for a number of years I can confidently assert that she is a careful, competent and knowledgeable person regarding this particular field of endeavour.
